Dieser Syrah, der auf einer der Flanken des Vulkan Etna wächst, auf Kalkboden, besitzt eine Aromatik, die mehr an die Nordrhône, als an die heiße Erde Siziliens denken lässt. Schwarze Oliven, Kräuter, Holunder und ein dunkelfruchtiges intensives Trinkerlebnis. In diesem Syrah steckt die Erfahrung eines der interessantesten Kellermeisters der Welt.
