Dieser magische Platz mit seinen eisenhaltigen Sandböden, nur 40 Kilometer vom Atlantik entfernt, gehört zu den großen Terroirs von Südafrika, das sich als „Skurfberg“ einen Namen gemacht hat. In der Nase finden sich Steinobst-, Fenchel- und Kräuternoten, im Geschmack Zitrusfrüchte und eine spürbare, erfrischende Mineralität.
